By making a purchase at Mango Mousse, you are agreeing to all shop policies.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns

All sales are final. Mango Mousse does not accept returns or exchanges. If there is damage outside of the grading policy with your order or there is an issue with your order, such as a missing item, please email pictures and a description as soon as possible.

Reselling & Trades

Do not resell a pin until you have it in hand for at least 7 days.

P4P (pay for production) pins cannot be sold for more than pin cost + shipping to you + shipping to buyer + fees ever.

No pretrades are allowed. You can only trade when you have pins in hand.

Failure to follow reselling and trade rules will result in future orders being canceled and refunded without notice and/or ban.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are nonrefundable. Please ensure you want to purchase the pin(s) before submitting the order.

Pre-orders take anywhere from 2 - 6 months to make and arrive to me. Additionally, there may be occasions when pins will need to be remade and wait times may be longer than estimated. I will always provide updates and be transparent. Updates are maintained here and on Instagram. If you are unable to wait, please do not pre-order and wait for the pins to be in-hand. Pre-orders are the best of the batch, unless otherwise stated.

If you purchase an in-hand item with a pre-order, your in-hand item will not ship until your pre-order is ready to ship. If you want to receive your in-hand item sooner, please place a separate order.

Pre-orders cannot be combined with other orders unless you purchased the pre-order and the in-hand item(s) at the same time.

Shipping

All domestic (US) orders are shipped through USPS with ground advantage shipping. International shipping is shipped through USPS first class mail and is handled by a partner carrier with limited tracking. Shipping will be calculated during the checkout process. Orders are packed and shipped within 3 - 7 days of your order date. It may take 24 - 48 hours for your tracking to update after you receive it. Please contact your local post office if you have questions about your package status.

If your package is lost, please contact your local postal service. Insurance is included for orders up to $100 (you must purchase additional insurance if your order is over $100) for domestic orders only. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund or replace your order if you purchase shipping without insurance. You may purchase additional shipping insurance for amounts over $100. Insurance must be purchased before a shipping label is created. Insurance claims cannot be filed until 20 days after the ship date and expires after 120 days has passed. Unfortunately, I'm unable to assist if you do not report a missing insured package prior to 120 days (Eastern Time Zone) from the date of ship.

If you live outside of the US, you are responsible for all custom fees, taxes, VAT fees, and any other additional fees.

I will combine shipping if your orders are placed on the same drop day. Orders cannot be held or combined with other drops. The name and address must match for orders to be combined automatically, otherwise you must email me.

If your package is returned to me for reasons such as providing an incorrect address, not paying custom fees, taxes, or VAT fees, or for any other reason, you are responsible for paying shipping charges if you want the package to be shipped again, otherwise you will be provided a refund with the initial shipping fees deducted.

Etsy

If you live in the UK or EU and want to pay VAT before items arrive, you will be able to make purchases from my Etsy. If there is a listing or item(s) not on Etsy, just send me a DM on Instagram or send me an email, and I'll make a private listing for you.

Grading Policy

Please keep in mind enamel pins are handmade items and no pin will be perfect. Grading is subjective and may vary by maker. Flaws may differ from pin to pin and colors may vary due to your monitor. Pins are graded in natural light. Backs and sides are not graded.

A Grade: Best of the batch. Free of major defects, however, there may be flaws from up close or when tilted in light, which includes tiny stray specs of glitter, stray specs of dust, minor air bubbles, minor imperfections on metal surfaces, minor dents on enamel, minor enamel fill errors, minor epoxy overflow, minor epoxy imperfections, and other minor imperfections which may be visible when viewing the pin closely or at an angle.
B Grade: Defects are noticeable up close at arm's length. The defects can include stray specs of glitter, stray specs of dust, air bubbles, imperfections on metal surfaces, incorrect or incomplete filling of enamel/glitter, epoxy overflow, minor screenprinting errors, polishing imperfections, and other small visible imperfections.
C Grade: Defects are noticeable from a distance. The defects can include obvious stray specs of glitter, air bubbles, scratches, overflow, polishing imperfections, dents, and other imperfections on metal surfaces, missing enamel, bent posts, screenprinting errors, incorrect colors, and other visible imperfections.

Standard: Best of the batch and includes A to A- grades. Free of major defects, however, there may be flaws from up close or when tilted in light, which includes tiny stray specs of glitter, stray specs of dust, minor air bubbles, imperfections on metal surfaces, enamel fill errors, epoxy overflow, epoxy imperfections, and other imperfections which may be visible when viewing the pin closely. Any flaws will be barely noticeable unless you are looking up close or tilting the pin to view at different angles and lighting. Overall, these are flaws that do not impact the intended look of the pin, but there may be minor flaws.
Seconds: Defects are noticeable at arm's length and can typically be assumed as B to C+ grades. The defects can include stray specs of glitter, stray specs of dust, air bubbles, imperfections on metal surfaces, incorrect or incomplete filling of enamel/glitter, epoxy overflow, screenprinting errors, polishing imperfections, minor dents, and other visible imperfections.
